Who can join?
Japanese knotweed specialists who are members of the Property Care Association. We confirm membership before sending any enquiries and review it periodically.
How are enquiries shared?
Each enquiry is shared with no more than 3 specialists covering that postcode area. Every enquirer has given consent for their details to be shared, and we keep a record of the wording they agreed to.
How is pricing agreed?
A price per introduction is agreed with each specialist before any enquiries are sent. You can set a monthly limit on the number of introductions you receive.
What if an enquiry is invalid?
If the contact details are incorrect, the property is outside your coverage, or the enquiry is clearly unrelated to knotweed, reply to the enquiry email within 7 days and we will review it for credit.
