We contact local specialists
With your consent, we pass your enquiry to up to three Property Care Association members who cover your postcode.

You compare and decide
The specialists contact you directly to arrange a survey or quotation. Whether you go ahead, and with whom, is entirely your decision.
How specialists are selected
We pass enquiries only to companies that are members of the Property Care Association (PCA), the trade body whose Invasive Weed Control Group was established in 2012 to give homeowners and the property sector confidence in knotweed work. We confirm each company's membership with the PCA before it receives any enquiries, and we stop sending enquiries to any company that leaves.
Each specialist tells us the postcode areas it covers. Your enquiry is matched to those areas and shared with up to 3 firms, with enquiries distributed fairly between them.
We do not endorse or guarantee the work of any specialist. When comparing quotations, ask each firm about its survey, the proposed treatment, any guarantee offered and how that guarantee is insured.
How we are paid
Specialists pay us a fee for each introduction. There is no charge to you, and no obligation to instruct anyone.
Your details
Your enquiry is shared only after you have given consent on the form, and we keep a record of the wording you agreed to. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing. Our privacy notice explains how your information is handled.
Frequently asked questions
Why use an introduction service rather than searching myself?
You are welcome to approach specialists directly. Using the service means one enquiry reaches up to three firms that cover your postcode and whose Property Care Association membership we have checked, so you can compare surveys and quotations.
How is the service funded?
Specialists pay us a fee for each introduction, whether or not you go on to instruct them. There is no charge to you.
How many companies will contact me?
No more than 3, and only firms that cover your area. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else.
Can I ask you to delete my details?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email, or use the contact details in our privacy notice, and we will delete your enquiry. Specialists who have already received it hold their own copy, and you can ask them to delete it too.
